To register for corporate tax in the UAE, you must submit business formation documents (MoA, AoA, or CoI); a valid trade license (and branch licenses if applicable); Emirates IDs, passports, and contact details of all shareholders and authorized signatories; proof of authorization (if the signatory wasn’t authorized in business formation documents); and prior TRNs of all shareholders (if available).
